Hot Lunch - Cancellation Policy:

If school is canceled (e.g., snow days) the lunch scheduled for that day will be canceled. The money paid for the canceled lunches will be donated to the Parent Club, which uses funds to make improvements to our school facility.

Refunds (credits) will be given to families who request a credit from the lunch program accountant, Marcia Cooke, within 48 hours of the canceled day.

Hot Lunch is served Monday through Friday. The food is prepared for Grandville Christian students by local food vendors and restaurants.

Need Assistance? 

To insure that your payment is credited properly:

  • Make check payable to "Grandville Christian School Hot Lunch".
  • Put check in an ENVELOPE with the words "Hot Lunch" and your Last Name.
  • Turn it in to a teacher - Hot Lunch is a separate program and the office is not involved in its implementation.
  • If you are turning in money yourself during school hours, place your payment in the HOT LUNCH BIN which is located under the side table in the office waiting area - clear box. Please DO NOT give it to office personnel.
