Kindergarten Spanish ImmersionI was hired to teach at Grandville Christian when the Spanish Immersion program began. I had just graduated from Calvin College earning my degree in Elementary Education with a History Major. As I began to teach at Grandville Christian, I obtained my Master's at Calvin College in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Multicultural Education. I enjoy playing sports and staying active. I also like to travel to Costa Rica and Mexico to visit my family. In my kindergarten classroom I aim to teach about God, the cultures that surround our world, and Spanish of course. My favorite thing to do in the classroom is add a creative or musical twist to the lesson.
