Ruth Groot has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Calvin College.  After teaching at Jenison Christian for five years, she also held various long term substitute positions in different school.  Ruth has been at GCS for the past eight years. 

She is married to Click who is also a teacher.  They have two daughters and a son, Dean, who died at age 15 from an unexplained cardiac arrhythmia, and five grandchildren.

What a privilege and blessing to teach God’s children each day.  I love being a part of GCS.
