FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS TELL US WHY
GRANDVILLE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL IS SPECIAL

Every kid in my school is special.  God made everybody and every kid is important to God.  We learn to be nice to everyone, even kids who are different from us.  We also pray for each other.  If somebody is sick we pray for them.  We get good hot lunch and go on fun field trips.

We have a food drive.  We go on field trips and have Family Fun Night.  We saved up money for the Kenya kids and have very nice teachers.  We have assemblies and praise the Lord and a very special thing to me is that we take care of each other.

There is almost no bullying at our school.  Everyone at our school is treated equally.  There is the Kenya Connection where we have buddies from RMA (The Reverend Murupus Academy in Kapenguria, Kenya) and we write letters to them.  Teachers from GCS go to Kapenguria to visit the Reverend Murupus academy.  Everyone believes in God and obeys Him.  That’s what is special about GCS!

I like Grandville Christian because I can learn things I don’t know.  I learn about God and the he died on the cross for my sins.  I can also make new friends and have fun with them.

This school means a lot to me.  I’m glad I go to Grandville Christian.  Teachers let each of us read from the Bible.  We write to our friends in Kenya and they write back.  It’s fun on the playground.  There’s so much stuff to do.  We can swing on the swings, climb on the climbing wall and many other things!  Grandville Christian School is fun!
